Neil and Maryanne moved to Northeast Florida in the ‘80’s. Neil had been a teacher for years and then created a Tour Business – where he met Maryanne. Maryanne has been in the Human Resource and People Management Arena and currently is a Resource Manager and works with a wonderful team of Business Analysts at Fidelity National Information Services.
Neil and Maryanne Bonom appreciated the potential behind this Old Southern House for many years and approached the owners who were ready to sell – lucky for Neil and Maryanne! Neil, who had always enjoyed remodeling, took on this project with his heart and soul. He completely redesigned the interior and brought the exterior back to life.
